PDF FORMAT HELP

For those of you who are not familiar with PDF you will require the Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to view the file. If you have any master software discs there is a good chance that they contain this programme and you can install it if it is not already on your computer.

Be sure to download the Acrobat Reader - this is the free one, you don't need the full Acrobat Professional version which you have to pay for. The download will take around thirty minutes, depending on the speed of your modem.

It is worth noting that a lot of documents on the web are in PDF format, so installing a PDF reader will be of use when browsing the web.

A left click on a newsletter (PDF) will open it within your web session.

A right click on a newsletter (PDF) will let you save it to your hard disk for viewing/printing at a later date.
